Pre & Post Bariatric Surgery Support Group
Open to all pre and post bariatric surgery patients and their family members. Whether you have had surgery with the WINH program or elsewhere, we invite you to join us the third Thursday of every month from 6:00-7:00pm at the Office of WINH, located at the 85 Spring Street, Laconia, NH on level 3 of the Medical Office Building.

‘Weekly Weight In’
Weight Management Support Group
Find the support you need with our weekly weigh-in and nutrition sessions.
We offer different nutrition topics each week to optimize your weight loss. To begin this program, participants must meet with a Registered Dietitian for a one-time consultation to design your individualized meal plan. The group meets every Monday from 4:30-5:30 pm at the Office of WINH, located at the 85 Spring Street, Laconia, NH on level 3 of the Medical Office Building.
*Cost: Initial meeting with the dietitian will be billed to insurance, if you do not have nutritional counseling benefits then it will be $50. After meeting with the dietitian the weekly classes are: $45/month or $125 for three months.

Optifast Nutrition Classes
Optifast Nutrition Classes are free to anyone whom have completed the 18 week Optifast program at WINH. Attendance to these classes after completing the 18 week Optifast program is highly recommended for lifelong support to reach or maintain your weight loss goals. Classes are Mondays 12:00-1:00 pm and Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm.
